Chairman of Ittefaq Group Engr. Waqar Ahmad Graduated as Civil Engineer in 1964. He worked as an integral associate of his elder brother: Engr. Izhar Ahmad Qureshi (late), founder chairman of M/s. Izhar Group of Companies. He has extensive experience of Civil construction works of almost all types of buildings. In 1988 he separated from Izhar Group and created his own company named Ittefaq Concrete along with his four partners Mr Khalid Bashir, Mr Abdullah Ahmad, Mr Shujaat Ahmad and Mr Abdullah Mehmood. They shared a vision of making it a construction company that is self- sustainable and trusted name in the industry. Together they worked hard to set a solid platform to achieve their goals.

With getting success in Construction and related services, Ittefaq Group established its precast manufacturing facilities in 2007, Ittefaq Group created first Concrete Factory in Rahim yar Khan under Ittefaq Concrete solutions Business division.
Ittefaq Concrete achieved several milestones in the field of construction of all types, may it offices, homes or commercial buildings. The group expanded its horizons into precast, housing and tried its luck in poultry also. Having a solid client base in almost all sectors of the society, the company continued to grow in construction and related fields changed the name from Ittefaq Concrete to Itteafq Group while Mr Khalid Bashir became CEO and Mr Abdullah Ahmad became Managing Director of Ittefaq Group under chairman Engr. Waqar Ahmad Qureshi.

In 2015, A new state of the art facility at Sheikhupura Sharak Pur Road built provided standardized precast concrete products and paving stones to cater all residential and industrial needs.

Owing to experience of more than 3 decades in concrete and related industries, Ittefaq Group entered into Ittefaq Ready Mix Pvt. Ltd. Which has state of art commercial setups for supply of ready mix concrete at Lahore and Port Qasim, Karachi. Having the best team in business, it provides quality controlled operations from batching to delivery at site.

With a new diversification, Ittefaq group entered into Automotive Sheet Metal Parts Business with aim to supply to Original Equipment Manufacturers in Pakistan with a brand name Wahdat Industrial Services Pvt Ltd. The Business offers a range of services to customers like product design, dies and tool development, manufacturing and assembly, quality testing and direct supplies to assembly line of OEMS’s.

Keeping Updated with the Industry practice, Ittefaq Group Introduced a new MEP Division known as Electro Mechanical Solutions (EMS) under umbrella of Ittefaq Building Solutions providing end to end finishing solutions including Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing and Special Structures with Building Management System.

With a new trend in Steel structures, Ittefaq Group entered into Pre-engineered Building Structures which aims to supply high quality Pre-engineered building solutions and services to a nationwide client base while utilizing innovative technologies within an environment of motivated employees, focused on continuous improvement, highest business standards and work ethics.

Ittefaq Group has entered into Real Estate Business named Ittefaq Group Developers which aims to create a reputable name in Housing schemes and Apartment buildings in Pakistan.
